Chasity Demer’s passion for uncovering the hidden dynamics of people and teams began with her role as a dental hygienist, and then territory manager for a large dental distributor. She recognized that dentistry was filled with brilliant and highly technically skilled professionals. She found that even though we have access to continuing education and technological advancements, we struggle to implement the change we are so passionate about, to reignite our excitement about dentistry and to communicate with our teams in ways that influence change and resolve conflict.
Chasity has sought out industry leaders in communication, body language, conflict resolution and so much more to bring to dentistry the people skills needed to be the most confident, authentic and limitless versions of ourselves. She knows that professionals like you get it! Learn how to exceed your perceived limitations at www.TheDentalMBP.com
Kristina Dion’s ability to help and drive success in dentistry started at a young age. When Kristina was 6 years old she told her dad, “Daddy when I grow up I want to be a dentist!” Who knew this one sentence would lead to a life long journey in the dental industry!
Her career started as an office administrator and dental assistant, during which time she studied to become a dental hygienist. Five years into her career as a dental hygienist, she took her ability to teach to the streets; working as a territory manager and business consultant for a large dental supply company. She has learned through these positions that there is no one way to practice dentistry and that every practice has diverse personalities and practices.
With a thriving passion for education, she has expanded her view to master the mindsets of these personalities and practices. She has acquired the title “Verbiage Ninja” with her ability to take complex ideas and conflict and make them “simple.” Who knew the missing skills in dentistry were in our people?
It is not a career, or calling, but her lifelong purpose to guide our profession beyond our perceived limitations. Abundance is not taught, it is uncovered, and she will show you how.
