Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a skilled, full-time dental hygienist to join our team Monday thru Thursday.  The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in dental terminology, and general dentistry practices.  Experience with Dexis imaging, Dentrix, patient assessment, and aseptic techniques is preferred.

Responsibilities: perform dental cleanings, educate patients on oral hygiene practices, take dental x-rays, maintain patient records accurately, administer local anesthetic under the dentist’s supervision, follow aseptic techniques to insure infection control.

Qualifications: degree in dental hygiene from an accredited program, licensure in Vermont as dental hygienist, proficiency in using dental software such as Dentrix, excellent patient assessment skills.
