In this course, participants will learn how to define stress and will learn to understand its effects on emo-tional health, examine strategies for coping with stress, and employ mindfulness meditation techniques.
At the completion of this course the participant will know how to:

Cydney is detail-oriented with over twenty-five years of experience teaching in various learning environ-ments. Formerly a Professor at the University of Akron, Cydney is a seasoned professional with excellent communication and presentation skills in addition to a background in physical practices and body-mind awareness. She endeavors to effectively contribute to the life-long learning of the business community.
